Larissa Spafford, NTP

Are you confused about what's healthy to eat? I've been there. I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) to end my confusion, but you don't have to.

I'm here to help. I specialize in digestion/gut health and blood sugar management. I’m happy to help with your other nutritional needs too. I offer in person visits from my Bend, Oregon office, or virtually by phone or computer.

There’s no one size fits all diet. That’s why popular diets don’t work for everyone. I’d love to help you discover the way of eating that is best for you, not just so you can be your healthiest, but so you can enjoy this beautiful life to the fullest.

I’ll help you discover the way of eating that’s best for you, so you’ll never have to follow the latest trendy diet (unless you want to).

I’ll help you discover...

  • which foods are best for you to eat

  • which foods are best for you to avoid

  • the connection between food, your digestion, moods and energy levels

  • the connection between food and the symptoms you experience

  • how good you can feel when you work with your body, not against it

I’ll help you avoid going on wild goose chases and save you time and frustration that come from trying to figure it out on your own.

My food philosophy...

Eating delicious food with people I love is one of the greatest pleasures in life. I’m not into unnecessarily avoiding foods, unless they’re causing problems.

I encourage people to eat the widest variety of whole foods that support their health and as much as possible, avoid foods that cause problems (without it becoming a source of stress because that’s often worse).

I’m not into eating foods just because they’re healthy, they have to taste good too. For me, the whole point of eating healthy is so I can feel great while I do things I enjoy with the people I love and help others do the same.

If the symptoms you experience (heartburn/acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, indigestion, food sensitivities, candida overgrowth, seasonal allergies, loss of appetite, excessive hunger, mood swings, fatigue, weight gain/loss etc.) are interfering with your quality of life, there’s probably a lot you can do to help yourself using nutrition.

I’d love to help you do it. I believe you can and I'll help you every step of the way.
