This flavorful slaw is perfect for your summertime barbecues and potlucks. It tastes best when the flavors marinate for an hour or more. You can also make it a day ahead of time. I’ve been spending time in the early mornings weeding my garden. Weeding isn’t everyone's favorite, but I enjoy it now more than ever.
