Want to lose weight?
A recent study found that eating processed foods caused people to gain weight and eating unprocessed foods resulted in weight loss. During the study people were provided with their meals and were able to eat as much or as little as they wanted. The people who ate the processed diet tended to eat faster and eat more calories than the people eating the unprocessed diet.
